Cross holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Hospitality Management from St. Thomas University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. She is an adjunct professor at Palm Beach State College. She is the author of a monthly lifestyle column entitled “Crosstalk”.
