In partnership with Computer Ingenuity Associate (CIA), developed budgeting and forecasting tools that interfaced and imported historical, actuals and future business from the Micros PMS, Micros POS, IDeaS Optimization System, Delphi Sales & Catering System, DataPlus and Accounting system. The objective of this assignment was to create one repository data aggregator from the multi data source systems and utilize it for budget and forecast of guestrooms, food & beverage outlets, banquet & catering, labor costs, revenue and expenses and daily audit. The online SQL Server reporting portal created a better understand the trends and patterns to make better business decisions.
